This application and related services are available only to users aged 16 years and older. By using our app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Service. If you are under 16, you must stop using the service immediately.
Our app provides AI generation functions, allowing users to create images and videos through text prompts and uploaded images. We do not require traditional account registration, and users may access the service through an anonymous in-app account associated with limited device and app information.
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the text prompts, uploaded images, and other content you lawfully submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms, AI-generated images and videos may be used by you for personal use and, where legally permitted, reasonable commercial use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, using, publishing, licensing, or distributing generated content.
We will not use your uploaded content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
The app provides a built-in reporting feature for users to submit reports on both AI template content and their own generated content. We will review submitted reports in a timely manner and take appropriate actions such as removing non-compliant content and restricting service access when necessary.
Your uploaded materials and AI creation data are generally stored on the server for up to 90 days. After that period, the data may be deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, anti-fraud, accounting, abuse prevention, subscription administration, payment reconciliation, or dispute resolution.
You may delete creation data within the app where deletion features are available. You may also use the in-app account deletion feature to request deletion of the anonymous in-app account and associated server-side data linked to that account. Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will process it within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, anti-fraud, accounting, subscription, payment, or dispute-resolution obligations. Some limited records may be retained where required or permitted by law. If you need assistance, you may also contact us through the in-app feedback feature or via email.
We offer paid features and subscriptions through Google Play In-App Purchases, with subscription status management and order verification supported by RevenueCat.
All payments, billing operations, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Google Play’s applicable billing terms, policies, and procedures. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel renewals at any time through your Google Play account settings.
If you experience technical issues or believe you are entitled to a refund, you may contact our support team. We may assist in reviewing the issue and guiding you to the appropriate Google Play support channel, but final billing and refund outcomes may be determined by Google Play under its own policies.
The app integrates third-party services including Google AdMob for advertising, Google Play for billing, RevenueCat for subscription support, and Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, crash reporting, and performance optimization.
These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. By using this app, you acknowledge that relevant data may be processed by these third-party platforms in accordance with their own policies and technical requirements.

All interface design, logos, trademarks, text, software code, service features, and related materials provided by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without our prior written authorization.
We may suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue part of the service due to maintenance, system upgrades, capacity constraints, security incidents, legal requirements, third-party dependency issues, or abnormal network conditions.
We may restrict or terminate access to the service if users seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, abuse the platform, create material legal risk, or interfere with the safety or stability of the service.
AI-generated content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for reference and creative assistance only. We do not guarantee the originality, legality, accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service. We are also not responsible for disputes arising between you and third parties in connection with your uploaded content or AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the official page together with the revised effective date. Continuing to use the service after the updated terms take effect means you acknowledge and accept the revised terms.
